We cannot take responsibility for the lost package

Please ensure that someone is available at your address to receive the package.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please record an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Email it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
This is mandatory for us to file a claim with the courier.
Beyond 48 hours, we will not be able to process replacements or refunds for damage.
We offer local delivery options through third-party services.
Delivery charges are paid by the customer.
